Legal review required. Portal stores account and Comms data on Fly.io — Conductor must confirm retention and subprocessors before publish.
What we collect
- Portal accounts: email, display name, emblem selection, room and Comms data you create on Portal (hosted on Fly.io).
- This website: anonymous page analytics via Cloudflare (no file uploads on the shop site).
- Payments: if you purchase Portal Pro, Lemon Squeezy processes payment and email. We receive order confirmation for provisioning.
- Support: information you submit via the contact form.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use Portal for surveillance or location tracking beyond what you choose to share in Comms.
- We do not sell or transfer reserved emblem identities.
Third parties
- Cloudflare Pages — hosts this storefront.
- Fly.io — hosts Portal application and account data.
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processor for paid tiers.
Retention
Portal account data is retained while your account is active. Comms messages follow Portal retention settings (TBC in final policy). You may request account deletion via contact.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You may request access, correction, or erasure of personal data we hold. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
