Terms of Service
1. Service
Overwatch Technologies provides digital access to Overwatch Portal and related hosted services. Portal Guest is free. Paid tiers (Portal Pro, Team Portal) are sold via Lemon Squeezy and provisioned to your Portal account.
2. Accounts
You register on Portal with an email and password. Paid tiers are linked to the same email used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Portal is fiction-only presence and Comms — not surveillance. You may not use the service for harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to obtain reserved operator emblems through payment or social engineering.
4. Emblems
Myth-tier and named emblems (including Phoenix, Dragon, Draco, and board-reserved personas) are not sold and are not included in any SKU. Public emblem pairs remain part of the guest experience.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in your Lemon customer portal. We offer a 14-day refund on digital purchases if the service does not work as described — contact support.
6. Availability
Portal is hosted on Fly.io. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, Overwatch Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Portal or Comms content.
